San Angelo Police arrested Justin Lee Richy, 40, of Midland on a Warrant out of Cherokee County for Assault Causing Bodily Injury. He was booked into the TGCJ at 11:35 p.m. Sunday. He is being held without bond pending a magistrate hearing before a Justice of the Peace Monday morning.
