San Angelo Police arrested Kelly Edgar 'Demon' Fryar, 39, for Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle. He was booked into jail at 4:03 a.m. Friday. He is being held without bond.
Border Patrol Agents arrested Victor Garcia-Olvera, 29, of Denver, CO. and Jose Martinez-Martinez, 19, of Maricopa, AZ, for Illegal Immigration. They were booked into the TGCJ around midnight Thursday night. They are being held pending transfer to federal custody.
