SAN ANGELO, Texas—Law enforcement officials booked 14 heartbreakers into the Tom Green County Jail on Feb. 14, 2024, which gives them the dubious distinction of having been arrested on both Valentine's Day and Ash Wednesday on a charges ranging from Drug Dealing to Evading Arrest to DWI with an Open Container.

Tom Green Co. Sheriff's Deputies arrested Daniel Lee Higgins, 29, of Rising Star, Texas for Evading Arrest and Going Off Bond for Possession of Between 1 gram and 4 grams of Meth laced with Fentanyl. He was booked into he TGCJ at 4:50 p.m. His bond is listed at $28,000.00.
San Angelo Police arrested Jeffery Charles Scott, 34, for Manufacture/Delivery of between 4 grams and 200 grams of Meth and MTR on a previous conviction for Manufacture/Delivery of between 4 grams and 200 grams of Meth. He was booked into jail at 12:00 a.m. Thursday. He is being held without bond.
