Stalking & Aggravated Kidnapping Arrest Tops Tuesday Booking Report

SAN ANGELO, Texas—Law enforcement officials booked seven individuals into the Tom Green County Jail since the last update on a charges ranging from Aggravated Kidnapping to Stalking to MTR Indecency with a Child to Selling Alcohol to a Minor and Drug Possession.

There are 492 inmates housed in the Tom Green County Jail presently.

San Angelo LIVE! is the primary news agency in the Concho Valley consistently publishing the Booking Report seven days a week.

San Angelo Police arrested Hector 'Lil One' Lopez, 29, for Aggravated Kidnapping with Bodily Injury, Stalking with a Previous Conviction, and MTR Possession of Child Pornography.  He was booked into the TGCJ at 3:21 a.m. Wednesday.  He is being held without bond. No know connection at this time but San Angelo Police and Angelo State University Police worked an active scene at the corner of Vanderventer and S. Van Buren Tuesday night and early Wednesday morning. SAPD sent out a Nixle alert around 12:30 a.m. advising residents to avoid the area.  Later, ASU Police sent out the following: "The incident at S Van Buren and Vanderventer Ave has been resolved.  Normal activities in the area may resume."  San Angelo Police had responded to the same location last week with long guns drawn and K-9 units at the ready but no information was released and it appears no arrests were made at that time.

Tom Green County Sheriff's Deputies arrested Jeffrey Dilts, 45, on a Motion To Revoke Probation warrant.  The original charge was Indecency with a Child by Exposure.  He was booked into jail at 3:56 p.m. and released at 5:43 p.m. after posting $50,000.00 bond.

See the Abbreviation Key at the end of this article for more information about the charges.
