BOERNE, TX — In a collaborative effort between the Boerne Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS), a successful joint operation took place on January 25, focusing on apprehending child predators and individuals soliciting prostitutes. The operation resulted in the arrest of eight men, each facing charges of solicitation of prostitution, classified as a state jail felony.
Law enforcement officers conducted a day-long operation, apprehending individuals from various locations, including Pleasanton, Poteet, Canyon Lake, and San Antonio. Among the eight arrested, two individuals faced additional charges, including possession of marijuana, a misdemeanor offense. Notably, one of the apprehended individuals, Tobe Lee Whitley, aged 44, was identified as a registered sex offender.

- David Rodriguez, Age 25
- Joseph Jimenez, Age 20
- Marco Garcia Cisneros, Age 51

- Victor Miguel Acosta Garcia, Age 44
- Willie Wallace, Age 48 (Also Charged with Possession of Marijuana)
