Time Is Ticking: 13 Dogs Left in Need of Immediate Adoption

SAN ANGELO, TX - The San Angelo Animal Shelter now has 13 dogs at risk of euthanasia Saturday.

According to an update Thursday morning, these animals need immediate adopters or fosters before the deadline of Saturday, Feb. 3, at 3 p.m.

“The world has failed these dogs and now we need our community to step up and make a difference,” Concho Valley PAWS stated. “We have done it before and we can do it again.”

It was previously reported on, Jan. 31, that the San Angelo Animal Shelter exceeded capacity with 185 dogs housed onsite. The San Angelo Animal Shelter must maintain a population of under 180 dogs at all times.

Those interested in making a difference and potentially saving these dogs are urged to contact Jen at [email protected] as soon as possible.

For those looking to explore available shelter pets, a comprehensive listing can be found on 24petconnect.com.
