All About the Quail Valley Crime Ring

SAN ANGELO, TX — The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office seeks the public's help in locating a fourth person related to a string of heavy machinery thefts dating back to October 2023. 

“On or about October 31, 2023, an organized theft ring began operating in Tom Green and surrounding counties, the TGCSO said. “Reports of stolen tractors, ATVs, skid-steers, motorcycles, trailers, and other equipment were subsequently received by the Sheriff's Office in the following weeks.”   

On December 3, 2023, the Sheriff’s Office issued a press release detailing the investigation, and through requesting information from the public, the TGSO identified and arrested three of four suspects involved in the organized theft ring.

Now, the investigation has resulted in the recovery of several tractors, trailers, and motor vehicles. Additionally, the Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office seized firearms, drugs, and other stolen equipment from several surrounding counties.

The Sheriff’s Office remains on the hunt for one additional suspect in the case, Trevor Albright. Albright, 36, lived in San Angelo and was arrested on 

Suspects arrested thus far are as follows:

• Trevor Allbright, 36 YOA,  of San Angelo, was arrested on January 4, 2024, for Theft of Property. Allbright is currently incarcerated in the Taylor County Detention Center for 7 charges, including Burglary of a building, Theft of property, possession of a controlled substance, and several Motions to Revoke Probation. 
• Gabriel Wilkins, 38, of San Angelo, was arrested on January 9, 2024, for Theft of Property, Manufacture/Deliver Controlled Substance, and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a felony and Parole Violation. Wilkins remains incarcerated in the Tom Green County Detention Center.
• Devin Isaac Stiers, 27, of San Angelo, was arrested on January 11, 2024, for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and is currently out on bond.

One suspect remains at large:

• Frankie O’Dell Wright III
