San Angelo Police arrested Kaheem Jones, 32, for Reckless Driving, No Insurance, and Expired Vehicle Registration. He was booked into the TGCJ at 1:33 a.m. Tuesday. His bond is listed at$1,406.00.
Texas DPS Troopers arrested Francisco Fernandez-Medina, 35, on a Federal Immigration Violation. He was booked into jail at 4:29 p.m. Monday. He is being held without bond pending transfer to federal custody.
