Six Jailed for Assault on Tuesday

Three men and three women were jailed for assault on Tuesday, including one woman who was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. The six were among 31 total inmates booked into the county correctional facility between 7 a.m. Tuesday and 7 a.m. Wednesday. 

Others jailed included on person arrested for theft and another for public intoxication. The remainder were jailed on warrants and commitments. 

Twenty-nine inmates were released on Tuesday.
