SAN ANGELO – 15 individuals were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail in the last 24 hours on charges including Burglary of Vehicles, Shoplifting Theft, Drug Possession and DWI.

23-year-old Carlos Issac Encinas was arrested by San Angelo Police for a slew of charges including Possession of less than 2ozs of Marijuana, Possession of 1 gram of Hallucinogens, Possession of between 1 gram and 4 grams of Meth/Fentanyl, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Delivery of Drug Paraphernalia, Driving While License Invalid, FTA and VPTA. He was booked into the Tom Green Co. Jail at 12:27 p.m. Saturday. His bond is listed at $4,796.00.
32-year-old Zachary Brice Knox was arrested by Tom Green Co. Sheriff's Deputies on a Warrant out of TGC Court at Law #2 for Assault Causing Bodily Injury Family Violence. The offense date is listed as 5/28/2023 in court records. He was booked into jail at 12:51 p.m. Saturday and released at 1:43 p.m. after posting $5,000.00 bond.
