Old School Lincoln Sees Final Day on Beauregard

SAN ANGELO, TX — A crash in the 2000 Block of Beauregard late Friday morning sent one person to the hospital and left an older Lincoln in rough shape. The crash occurred between a black Chrysler and an older Lincoln Town Car at around 11:30 a.m. Friday morning, September 8.

According to the passenger riding in the black Chrysler, the Chrysler was traveling southwest on Beauregard when the Lincoln, which had stopped at the stop sign at the intersection of S. Taylor street and Beauregard, pulled out in front of the Chrysler. The Chrysler had the right of way but was struck in the side by the Lincoln.

The driver of the Chrysler was transported to the hospital with no apparent life-threatening injuries. Both cars received significant damage, and traffic was reduced to one lane on the southwest-bound side as wreckers hauled away the two vehicles.
