SAN ANGELO— A violent San Angelo man has been arrested after head butting and beating a woman so violently he broke her eye socket.
Timothy Bentley, 40, of San Angelo, has been arrested and charged with aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury.
According to court documents, on June 17, 2023, Tom Green County Sheriff Deputies responded to the 200 block of Loch Ness Road regarding an assault. Investigators learned that Bentley and the victim had gotten into a verbal argument. Once the victim began trying to leave the residence, Bentley became angry, got into the victim’s face, and headbutted her.
Bentley then threw the victim onto the bed and began striking her in the face with a fist. The victim was also to push Bentley off of her with her legs and she fell off the bed. Then, Bentley punched the victim in the eye.
The victim yelled to another individual in the house to call the law enforcement. The victim's discharge paperwork indicated that she sustained a fractured eye socket.
Bentley was arrested and charged with aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury and was booked into the Tom Green County Detention Facility. He is currently and inmate being held on $100,000 bond.

He needs to fight a man or someone that fights back. I’m sure he will get probation.
