SAN ANGELO – 17 individuals were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Detention Center over the last 24 hours on a variety of charges including Manufacture & Delivery of Deadly Fentanyl, sex crimes and evading arrest.
45-year-old Joel Moore was arrested by Tom Green County Sheriff's Deputies early Saturday morning for a slew of charges including Manufacture & Delivery of Fentanyl between one and four grams, Going Off Bond for Manufacture & Delivery of Fentanyl between four grams and 200 grams, Resisting Arrest, Evading Arrest, and a miscellaneous parole violation. He was booked into the jail at 1:24 a.m. Saturday and his bond was listed initially at $500.
33-year-old Joel Morales was arrested by Texas Department of Public Safety Troopers on a Grand Jury Indictment for Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child Under the Age of 14. He was booked into the jail at 1:24 a.m. Saturday morning and is being held without bond.
29-year-old Brandon Villegas was also arrested early Saturday morning by DPS Troopers. He is charged with Theft of Property of between $750 and $2,500, an Accident Involving Damage to a Vehicle Greater than $200, and Driving While Intoxicated. He was booked at 12:20 a.m. Saturday and is being held on $1,500 bond.
