SAN ANGELO – 16 individuals were booked into the Tom Green County Jail over the last 24 hours on a variety of charges including Drug Dealing and Possession and firearms violations.
46-year-old Mandi Clark was arrested by San Angelo Police for Possession of between 4 grams and 200 grams of fentanyl. She was booked into the Tom Green County Jail at 6:22 p.m. Wednesday and remains in jail on a $100,000 bond.
Richard Pasillas, 31, was arrested by San Angelo Police on one charge of Manufacture and Delivery of Drugs, specifically between 4 grams and 200 grams of meth, one charge of Possession of between 4 grams and 200 grams of meth, possession of 1 gram and 4 grams of fentanyl, and one charge of illegal possession of a firearm by a felon. Pasillas was booked into jail at 10:31 p.m. Wednesday and is being held without bond until he appears before a magistrate.
