Inclement weather Monday night kept officers busy and criminals off the streets, dropping the jail bookings down to a total of 20 with six picked up on offenses alleged to have been committed within the last 24 hours.
Of those, two were jailed for public intoxication, while one was picked up for evading arrest and warrants. The majority of the remainder were booked on commitments and warrants, including those for burglary, assault and DWI.
Twenty-five individuals were released on Monday.
