Rangers Arrest Former Police Officer for 2009 Child Sexual Assault

 

AMARILLO – The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) announced Wednesday the arrest of a Borger woman for allegedly sexually assaulting a child.

The Texas Rangers arrested Corisa Tosh, 41, after conducting an investigation into the alleged assault in 2009. The Rangers began investigating after being notified by the Borger Police Department. Tosh is a former police officer, and the alleged assault occurred prior to her employment as a Borger police officer.

Tosh was booked into the Hutchinson County Jail for sexual assault of a child, a second-degree felony.
