Several Extended Street Section Closures Begin in San Angelo Monday

SAN ANGELO – Sections of some streets in Downtown San Angelo will be closed for crosswalk repair beginning Monday, August 8 according to the City of San Angelo.  

Here's a look at where the construction will be taking place: 

Due to crosswalk repair work, the following street sections will be closed to through traffic with detours provided.

1. Chadbourne Street from W Ave B to E Concho Avenue beginning Aug. 8 for approximately 10 days.
2. Chadbourne Street from W Ave B to E Twohig Avenue, and W Concho Avenue from S Irving Street to S Oakes Street beginning Aug. 8 for approximately 10 days.
3. Chadbourne Street from W Concho Avenue to E Twohig Avenue beginning Aug. 17 for approximately 10 days.
4. Chadbourne Street from E Concho Avenue to W Beauregard Avenue, and Twohig Avenue from S Irving Street to S Oakes Street beginning Aug. 17 for approximately 10 days.
