Motorists Are Advised to Avoid College Hills at Oxford Ave. Utility Construction Monday

SAN ANGELO – The continuing utility work along College Hills Blvd. at Oxford  will necessitate closing Oxford near that intersection all day Monday causing detours again for motorists on College Hills.  

According to information from the City of San Angelo, Oxford will be closed from College Hills heading east toward A&M Avenue.  

Here's the official word from the city:  

Where: Oxford Drive east of the intersection of College Hills Boulevard and Oxford Avenue

When: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday, July 11

Detours: Citizens traveling north and south on College Hills may avoid the closure by traveling east on SAC Avenue to A&M Avenue to access Oxford Drive.
