SAN ANGELO – A San Angelo woman was sentenced to a decade in prison on Wednesday afternoon for her role in the brutal Duckworth Rd. Murder of Eric Torrez.
According to court documents, on Jun. 15, Angella Wray, 37, of San Angelo, pleaded guilty to engaging in organized criminal activity. Wray and her four co-defendants David Navarro, Kristen, Garry and Stephen Jennings have all been found guilty of playing a role in the murder of Eric Torrez.
In her indictment, Wray was also charged with aggravated kidnapping. In a plea agreement with the District Attorney's office, the two parties agreed to drop the kidnapping charge if she testified against the rest of her co-defendants. She agreed and took the stand in both Stephen and Garry's trials.

In the deal she was sentenced to 10 years in state prison.
