NWS: Severe Thunderstorm Warning Issued for San Angelo

 

SAN ANGELO – The National Weather Service has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for San Angelo and Tom Green County until 7 p.m. Friday. 

A severe thunderstorm has been indicated southwest of San Angelo and will impact the city by 6:20 p.m.

 This storm is capable of producing high winds, lightning and quarter-sized hail.  

Residents are urged to take cover until the storm has passed. 

This is a dangerous weather situation.
