3 Abilene Men Arrested for Aggravated Robbery

 

ABILENE –  Three Abilene men have been arrested in connection with a Tuesday night robbery of a convenience store.

According to arrest reports, on Tuesday night about 9:00 p.m., three men allegedly stole items from a convenience store. When the store employee confronted the men about the theft, a fight occurred that left the employee injured.

The three men, and two juveniles, were contacted by the Abilene Police Department. The juveniles were taken to their respective guardians while the men were transported to the Taylor County Jail. The employee picked out the three men, identified as Joe Fernandez, Charles Mayes, and Willie Tutt, who were then booked into the jail for aggravated robbery.
