SAN ANGELO, TX – One of the City of San Angelo's biggest road construction projects is officially complete.
According to the City of San Angelo's communications department, on Mar. 23, road construction crews have completely finished Bell St.
The Bell Street project was part of a 10-year, $80 million commitment to improve some of San Angelo’s worst streets. To date, Martin Luther King Drive has been rebuilt, a portion of Southland Boulevard has been widened, and College Hills Boulevard has been repaved from Loop 306 to Valleyview Boulevard.

And it only took 4 years to complete.... Any other city would have had it done start to finish in 6 months....... About like that Bell street bridge over the loop, going on 5 years and still being worked on.
