SAN ANGELO, TX – CoCo Simpson, previous candidate for Tom Green County Commissioner Pct. 4, released a statement on Wednesday regarding the outcome of the 2022 Republican Primary Election.
The following is the statement published by CoCo Simpson:
"Well, that's not how it was supposed to turn out. Disappointed doesn't even begin to describe what I'm feeling right now, no doubt many of you as well. I can sleep well knowing that I ran a good campaign, and am incredibly proud to have stepped up for my community & brought light to some of the issues going on.
The support & kind words I've received over the last few months have been the fuel to keep going... thank you so much to everyone!
Precinct 4 is full of incredible people who just want someone to care, I sure hope Shawn Nanny for County Commissioner Precinct 4 does the job well.
So many of y'all have my number... know that I'm not going anywhere & if you need something, don't hesitate to call! I may not be in office, but I have a knack for getting things done.
