Arrests for Possession of Hard Drugs Top Wednesday Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – 17 suspects were arrested in Tom Green County on Wednesday.

The San Angelo Police Department, the Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, and the Texas Department of Public Safety made 17 arrests on Wednesday including the following:

  • Domingo Gomez was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest, unlawful carrying of a weapon, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, defective headlight, no DL, no proof of financial responsibility, and possession of drug paraphernalia at 11:31 p.m. His bond was set at $74,074.
  • Marcus Burnett was jailed for COMM possession of a controlled substance at 5:38 p.m. HIs bond has not been set at this time.
  • Jose Aguilar was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at 12:07 a.m. His bond was set at $45,000.

There are currently 520 inmates at the TGCDF as of Thursday morning.

The following were booked into the Tom Green County Detention Facility on Wednesday:

  • Jose Aguilar was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at 12:07 a.m. His bond was set at $45,000.
  • Christopher Jones was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 1:08 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and he was released at 11:13 a.m.
  • Ernest Garcia was jailed for COMM possession of a controlled substance at 1:20 a.m. 
  • Jerry Ekert was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 4:42 a.m. HIs bond was set at $2,500.
  • Lonnie Haley was arrested for criminal trespassing at 9:45 a.m. His bond was set at $500 and he was released at 4:58 p.m.
  • Brandon Bray was arrested for speeding, speeding in a school zone, two MISC FTA, and two MISC VPTA at 11:01 a.m. His bond was set at $3,913 and he was released at 1:28 p.m.
  • Amethyst Deanda was arrested for GJI capital murder by terror threat/other felony at 11:20 a.m. Her bond has not been set at this time.
  • Gary Mitchell was arrested for three MISC CPF at 3:03 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Julian Hernandez was arrested for MTR burglary of a habitation at 3:10 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Michael Perales was arrested for public intoxication, no proof financial responsibility, three MISC FTA, and one MISC VPTA at 4:07 p.m. Her bond was set at $3,700 and she was released the following day at 9:28 a.m.
  • Margarita Rodriguez was arrested for five MISC FTA and MISC walking with traffic at 4:16 p.m. Her bond was set at $3,284 and she was released at 9:58 a.m.
  • Marcus Burnett was jailed for COMM possession of a controlled substance at 5:38 p.m. HIs bond has not been set at this time.
  • Cody Carpenter was jailed for COMM aggravated assault with a deadly weapon at 7:04 p.m.
  • Antonio Rivera was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and one MISC FTA at 7:33 p.m. His bond was set at $1,264 and he was released at 7:33 p.m.
  • Eric Hirst was arrested for driving while intoxicated with a BAC over .15 at 10:54 p.m. His bond was set at $1,500 and he was released the following day at 10:13 a.m.
  • Domingo Gomez was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest, unlawful carrying of a weapon, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, defective headlight, no DL, no proof of financial responsibility, and possession of drug paraphernalia at 11:31 p.m. His bond was set at $74,074.
  • Hannah Walter was arrested for one MISC CPF at 11:47 p.m. She was released the following day at 1:58 a.m.
