BREAKING: Early Voting Results for San Angelo SMD-5 Have Clear Leader

 

SAN ANGELO – San Angelo voters in Single Member District 5 went to the polls Saturday to elect a new city council representative to fill the unexpired term of Lane Carter. 

Early voting results show Karen Hesse-Smith leading with 56.83% of the 507 votes cast followed closely by John Austin Stokes.

In early voting, Hesse-Smith received 286 votes, Stokes got 174, Lynette Lucas received 29 and Dr. Bryan Angle received 19 votes in early voting.
