Eldorado ISD Cancels Classes As Covid Infections Rapidly Increase

 

ELDORADO, TX –– The pandemic continues to impact the Concho Valley as the number of new infections continues to expand exponentially.

In an unexpected move, Schleicher County ISD announced all campuses will be closed for the next three days.

In a social media post, the district announced that the closure is a response to the "rapid increase in Covid-19 cases."

"The health and safety of students and staff is the highest concern," said the district. "Please monitor for symptoms and communicate with your campus office Monday with any questions or information."

All classes will return to normal on Monday, January 17th.
