The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.
- Carlos Tanguma was arrested for SEX OFFENDERS DUTY TO REGISTER W/PREV CONV IAT and MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 6:35 p.m. Tanguma’s bond has been set at $75,000.00.
- Eugene Garcia was arrested for POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, J/N* CRIMINAL TRESPASS, MISC CPF x6, and MISC FTA at 5:48 p.m. Garcia’s bond has been set at $1,164.00.
There are currently 556 inmates at the TGCDF as of Thursday afternoon. Not every inmate in custody is in the facility long enough to stay overnight. Some inmates who qualify for bond are released as soon as they make bond.

- Jeremy McCowen was arrested for MISC CPF x7 at 11:39 a.m. and no bond has been set.
- Randell Bilbrey was arrested for GOB* POSS CS PG 1 <1G and MISC CPF x1 at 12:33 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Eugene Garcia was arrested for POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, J/N* CRIMINAL TRESPASS, MISC CPF x6, and MISC FTA at 5:48 p.m. Garcia’s bond has been set at $1,164.00.

- James Geary was arrested for ASSAULT FAMILY/HOUSEHOLD MEMBER W/PREV CONV at 11:00 p.m. Geary’s bond has been set at $30,000.00.
- Cameron Mouw was arrested for THREAT-FAMILY VIOLENCE and POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA at 6:23 a.m. and was released at 7:43 a.m. the same day on $1,274.00 bond.
- Joangel Garcia was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJ at 6:47 a.m. and was released at 10:28 a.m. the same day.
- Ulysses Rodriguez was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ, POSS CS PG 2 <1G, and DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 3:59 a.m. and was released at 10:58 a.m. the same day on $22,000.00 bond.
- Jesse Rios was arrested for GOB* POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 10:17 a.m. and was released at 11:28 a.m. the same day.
- Chandon Ferguson was arrested for THEFT PROP >=$100<$750 at 1:40 p.m. and was released at 2:58 p.m. the same day on $500.00 bond.
- James Parker was arrested for THEFT PROP >=$100<$750 at 5:08 p.m. and was released at 6:13 p.m. the same day.
- Javier Navarette was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ, POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, and MISC CPF x3 at 4:10 a.m. and was released at 8:13 p.m. the same day on $1,662.00 bond.
- Lonnie Haley was arrested for CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 4:13 p.m. and was released at 7:58 a.m. the next day on $500.00 bond.
- Marc Lacy was arrested for POSS MARIJ >2OZ<=4OZ at 6:49 p.m. and was released at 8:58 a.m. the next day on $1,000.00 bond.
- Curtis Mosby was arrested for POSS CS PG 1/1-B <1G, DRIVING WHILE LICESNE INVALID 2, and RED LIGHT VIOLATION at 8:39 p.m. and was released at 11:43 a.m. the next day on $21,802.00 bond.
