Christoval VFD to Host Open House For Potential Volunteers

CHRISTOVAL, TX ––The Christoval Volunteer Fire Department will host a recruitment event and open house this upcoming Saturday.

The event will kick off at 10:00 a.m. at the community center and fire hall. The department is searching for volunteers to join the VFD or EMS team.

"We are in need of people for our department. We will have a short meeting at 10:00 a.m. to share information about being a member then we will break out into small groups to tour the station and fire trucks," said Christoval VFD in a Facebook post. "We would also welcome anyone that would like to volunteer during our July fundraiser. If you are not interested in fire or EMS but would like to help us we can always use volunteers during our fundraiser."
