Twenty inmates were put behind bars on Thursday, half of which were women. Of those jailed, 12 were booked for offenses alleged to have been committed on March 5, including four public intoxication charges, two charges of manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance, two thefts and one charge apiece for assault, possession and pot.
The remaining eight individuals were booked on warrants and commitments, some of which pertained to thefts, possession and DWI charges.
Thirty-eight inmates were released on Thursday.
