Perv Sentenced to 30 Years For Indecency Charges

MIDLAND, TX –– A Midland County court sentenced a man to 30 years in prison after finding him guilty of sex crimes against children.

According to court documents, Albertico Cruz was found guilty of two counts of second-degree indecency with a child under 14 years old. He was sentenced to back-to-back terms of 15 years.

During the trial, back in September, the victim testified about the abuse she suffered and how she disclosed the situation to an adult.
