San Angelo Couple Jailed for Dealing Heroin

 

Maria Valencia, 49, and Raul Valencia, 54, of San Angelo have been charged with First Degree Felony Manufacture and Delivery of a Controlled Substance after Detectives with the San Angelo Police Department’s Narcotics Division located approximately twelve grams of heroin inside their residence yesterday.

The pair and the narcotics were located just before 8:30 a.m. when Detectives executed Search and Arrest Warrants at their residence located in the 2400 block of West Avenue L Street.

In addition to the heroin, detectives located over $7,000.00 in US currency and assorted packaging material that is commonly used to deliver narcotics.

Both subjects were transported to the Tom Green County Jail.  

The San Angelo Police Department’s Special Operations Section and K-9 Officer J. Fisher and his Police Service Dog, Thor also assisted with the investigation.

At the present time the couple made bail and is no longer incarcarated in Tom Green county.

All these people that make bail so fast. Seems like maybe bail needs to be higher.
