San Angelo Man Indicted for Lewd Acts with a Child

SAN ANGELOTX- Chad Holik has been indicted by a Tom Green County grand jury in June for sexual assault of a child. 

According to court documents, on February 28th, 2021, investigators learned that Holik had provided two children with alcoholic beverages then drove them to his residence.

At his residence, Holik kissed the child and penetrated the child’s sexual organ with his hand. A forensic interview was performed and determined that this child was 15-years-old at the time.

The investigator interviewed another witness who has a tracking application on one of the children’s phones. This information confirmed the child’s phone was at Holik’s residence when the assault occurred.

Holik was interviewed and admitted to giving the two children alcohol and touching the child’s sexual organ with his right hand.

Holik was arrested and booked into the TGCDF on March 28th, 2021, has a $125,000.00 bond, and is not allowed contact with the victim.
