Tom Green County Sheriff's Deputies and FBI Bust Meth Dealer

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, along with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), on Wednesday was conducting an ongoing narcotics investigation.  The Sheriff's Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle where the driver, Tyler Ashton, was found to be in possession of a large quantity of Methamphetamine, Heroin, and US Currency. 

A subsequent search warrant was conducted at a location in San Angelo where additional Methamphetamine was located.

Tyler Ashton was booked into the Tom Green County Jail for Manufacture/Delivery of Controlled Substance, 200 grams to 400 grams.  This charge is a First Degree felony, punishable by up to 99 years, or life, in prison.  The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office would like to thank the Federal Bureau of Investigation for their assistance in this investigation.
