Perv Receives Probation After Pleading Guilty

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Nearly five years after Hector Naegele Nunez allegedly sexually assaulted a child under the age of 14, he has finally been convicted in connection to the case.
 
On Tuesday, Nunez pleaded guilty to indecency with a child by contact, a lesser charge. The 71-year-old had originally been charged with continuous sexual abuse of a child under the age of 14.

According to the plea agreement, Nunez will be required to complete five years of deferred adjudication and is barred from having contact with the victim.

In addition to completing the terms of his community supervision, Nunez will also be required to register as a sex offender.
