Drugs and Alcohol Lead Tuesday Bookings

Twenty-one inmates were put behind bars on Tuesday, including six jailed on drug charges. Three of those were jailed for marijuana possession, two for possession of a controlled substance and one for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance. 

An additional four were boooked for public intoxication, followed by one apiece for assault, aggravated assault on a public servant, evading arrest, indecency with a child sexual contact, theft and DWI. 

Several individuals were booked on warrants and committments; many had multiple charges. 

Twenty-six inmates were released on Tuesday.
