Possible Bomb Threat Evacuates Midland Courthouse

 

MIDLAND, TX -- A possible bomb threat prompted an evacuation of the  Midland County Courthouse on Thursday,

While details are vague at this time, Midland Police officers were dispatched to the courthouse to investigate a backpack that was left outside the building.

The public was asked to avoid the area at this time. After investigating the backpack officials cleared the scene and confirmed no dangerous items were found in the backpack.
