New Bakery Opens on Sherwood Way

SAN ANGELO, TX – The San Angelo Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting on Wednesday celebrating the opening of a new bakery in central San Angelo.

The ceremony was held on June 2 at 2220 Sherwood Way, the home of Chocolate Drip and Bakery. A number of Chamber members including the President of the Chamber Walt Koenig and the Chamber's Concho Cadre members celebrated the ribbon cutting.

For the celebration the business will be handing out free treats while supplies last.

"Owner Christi Marquez, along with the help of her mother, son, husband and friends, offers the most mouth-watering creations. Choose from chocolate-dipped strawberries, cheesecake, lemon bars, banana pudding, cupcakes and so much more," stated the Chamber on their Facebook.

The bakery also offers cheese, ranch and chamoy fountains upon request. Hours of operation are Monday - Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
