DEL RIO, TX – A Chinese billionaire and alleged former general in the Communist Party of China will have to make other plans for his million dollar ranch after Texas legislators blocked him from building a massive wind farm.
According to KTXS, on May 26, Texas legislature has passed a bill blocking the construction of the Blue Hills Wind Farm that was planned to be built in northern Val Verde county on the Morning Star Ranch.
Morning Star Ranch is owned by Sun Guangxin, a former Chinese military official, who purchased 140-thousand acres with plans to build wind and solar farms.
Now the Chinese national will have to make other plans. Senators like State Senator Donna Campbell, from New Braunfels, believes this was an opportunity for China to use a "Trojan Horse" to access the power grid.
“The Chinese Communist Party believes any Chinese citizen whatever property they have is also their property," said Campbell. “The bill serves to protect our critical infrastructure from countries that are hostile to us."
Stephen Lindsey, a Vice President with Chinese owned GH America, did not agree with the senates ruling and made this comment. Lindsey said the wind farm would not be a threat to the State of Texas. He says he doesn't know if his boss has ties to the communist party, but says Sun is not a former general.
“None of that is true. The chairman of the board of the company held a mid-level rank as an army officer in a motor pool company," said Lindsey.

Well, ME SOMETHING I'm sure President biden will be angry when he finds out Texas rejected his friends and his family's business associates. Maybe biden will try and do something about it, then you can be happy.
