Twenty-six inmates were booked into the county jail on Tuesday, five of which were charged with marijuana possession and another four who were accused of theft. Manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance and possession each accounted for one charge apiece.
In addition, one person apiece was booked for burglary, cruelty to non-livestock animals and sale of alcohol to a minor. One person was booked on two motions to revoke probation for arson.
Thirty-seven inmates were released on Tuesday.
