Severe Thunderstorms Possible Overnight in the Concho Valley

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Severe thunderstorms could blow through the Concho Valley Tuesday night bringing high winds and large hail. 

According to meteorologists with the National Weather Service office in San Angelo, thunderstorms are expected to develop west of the Concho Valley Tuesday evening and move east across the area between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m.  

Some of the storms could become severe with high winds, dangerous lightning and large hail the main threats.  The chance of rain is 40%. 

There will be a wind advisory in effect for the Concho Valley from 10 a.m. Wednesday morning to 7 p.m. Wednesday evening.
