Slight Bump In Covid Hospitalizations in Tom Green County

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- Tom Green County is kicking off Spring Break with 11 new infections.

On Monday, the San Angelo Health Department confirmed there are currently 12 patients hospitalized as 184 cases remain active.

Since March 12th, twenty-six cases and contacts have been released.

  • Released: 26 cases/contacts of cases (19 cases/7 contacts of cases) since March 12

Nobody saw that coming! With Spring Break and relaxed rules what could possibly go wrong? Gov. Abbott covered himself by stating in his message, haphazardly relaxing the rules, that the COVID-19 was still a threat, begging the question, 'then why relax the rules that are in place'. I suppose that votes are more valuable than lives.
