According to the National Weather Service office in San Angelo a Wind Chill Advisory is in effect until noon for all of West Central Texas.

Bitterly cold wind chills will range between zero and 15 degrees below zero through noon Tuesday.

Winds Chills this low can cause frostbite in minutes.
