SAN ANGELO, TX – A 20-year-old San Angelo woman was indicted in Jan. for attempting to assault a man with a gun who was inside of his home.
According to court documents, on Nov. 9, Seleste Robles, 20, allegedly broke into a home and attempted to commit an assault on the homeowner with a firearm.
Robles wasn't arrested for this charge until Feb. 3 after being indicted by a Tom Green County Grand Jury.
She is facing two indictments, one for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and the second for burglary of a habitation with intent to commit additional felony.
Robles is also facing charges of theft of a property under $750, possession of under two ounces of marijuana, possession of under 28 grams of a penalty group three controlled substance, public intoxication, and three miscellaneous failure to appears.
Robles is currently in the Tom Green County Jail and her bond is set at $134,568. Her post indictment hearing is set for Feb. 17 at 2 p.m.
