Female Driver Arrested in Weekend Fatal Hit-and-Run

ABILENE, TX – A 56-year-old Abilene woman has been arrested in connection to a fatal hit-and-run.

According to APD, the body of 43-year-old Calvin Eugene Roberts III was discovered by a passing motorist early Sunday morning.

In connection to the crash, Wanda Rani Hebert was arrested and booked into the Taylor County Jail on Monday.

Hebert has been charged with an accident involving death.
