Police Asking for Help Tracking Down Dangerous Fugitive Who Tortured Children

 

HOUSTON, TX – The Houston Police Department is currently searching for a man accused of torturing children.

According to the Houston Crime Stoppers Twitter, as of Feb. 1, Victor Hugo Prado is wanted for torturing children. 

Police suspect Prado tortured the children after doctors found the two with multiple broken bones in different areas that were at different stages of healing. The children also had numerous bruises. 

Doctors told police that the children were lucky to be alive.

Prado is a 42-year-old Hispanic male, standing at about 5 feet and 4 inches tall and weighing about 175 pounds. He has brown eyes and long brown hair. He has a prior conviction for engaging in organized criminal activity.

Crime Stoppers is working with HPD and may pay up to $5,000 for any information that leads to the identification, charging and/or arrest of Prado. Information can be reported by calling 713-222-8477, or submitted online at the Crime Stopper website.
