SAN ANGELO, TX – Ethan Elliott has been arrested for sexual assault of a child that took place on or about November 8th, 2020.
According to the affidavit, Elliott intentionally and knowingly caused penetration of the victims sexual organs who was under the age of 17.
A forensic interview concluded that the victim told the witness that the defendant 'raped' them.
The assault took place at the defendant’s residence, inside the San Angelo city limits.
Elliott’s bond has been set at $100,000.00 and is ordered to have no contact with the victim.
As of 2:20 p.m. on Thursday, January 28th, 2021, Elliott is still booked at the Tom Green County Detention Facility.
