Rainy and Cold Week in the Concho Valley

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Expect a cold and rainy week in the Concho Valley beginning Tuesday. 

The National Weather Service office in San Angelo is forecasting rain beginning Tuesday morning and continuing through the weekend.  Temperatures will also be much cooler with overnight lows in the 30s and 40s. 

According to the NWS, there is a 40 percent chance of rain Tuesday with a high temperature of 48 degrees and north winds at 15 mph.

Tuesday night and Wednesday there is also a 40 percent chance of showers with a low of 39 degrees and a high Wednesday in the lower 50s. 

There is a 20 percent chance of rain the rest of the week going into the weekend. 

No severe weather is expected and temperatures will stay above freezing. 

Temperatures will rebound to around 70 degrees over the weekend.
