The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.
- Oney Cordess was arrested for SEX ABUSE OF CHILD CONTINUOUS: VICTIM UNDER 14 at 4:29 a.m. and was released at 10:28 a.m. on $10,000.00 bond.
- Justin Westerman was arrested for POSS CS PG 1>=1G<4G, MISC COMM X15, and MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 3:12 p.m. Westerman’s bond was set at $20,000.00.
- James Reyes was arrested for NO DL, NO PROOF OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY, and MISC CPF X2 at 8:51 p.m. and was released at 11:48 p.m. on $1,038.00 bond.
Out of the 556 beds available, there are currently 435 in use by inmates in TGCDF as of Thursday morning.

- Zachary Davis was arrested for *COMM* THEFT PROP >=$1,500 <$20K at 12:32 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Justin Westerman was arrested for POSS CS PG 1>=1G<4G, MISC COMM X15, and MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 3:12 p.m. Westerman’s bond was set at $20,000.00.
- Roy Owens was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE, FAIL TO STOP AND LEAVE INFORMATION- FIXED OBJECT, and MISC FTA X1 at 4:54 p.m. Owens’ bond was set at $3770.00.
- Joe Ramon was arrested for MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 10:19 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Seth Sanchez was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 1:34 a.m. and was released at 4:13 a.m. on $1,000.00 bond.
- Oney Cordess was arrested for SEX ABUSE OF CHILD CONTINUOUS: VICTIM UNDER 14 at 4:29 a.m. and was released at 10:28 a.m. on $10,000.00 bond.
- Stephen Baltazar was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 2ND at 4:39 a.m. and was released at 11:13 a.m. on $1,500.00 bond.
- Amy Bienhauer was arrested for *GJI* POSS CS PG 1<1G at 10:56 a.m. and was released at 1:28 p.m.
- Jamie Trevino was arrested for ASSAULT BY CONTACT FAMILY VIOLENCE, MISC CPF X5, and MISC FTA X1 at 3:51 a.m. and was released at 2:58 p.m. on $1,114.00 bond.
- Melinda Paz was arrested for POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA and CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 6:46 p.m. and was released at 11:13 p.m. on $1,162.00 bond.
- James Reyes was arrested for NO DL, NO PROOF OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY, and MISC CPF X2 at 8:51 p.m. and was released at 11:48 p.m. on $1,038.00 bond.
