The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.
- Wendy McCluskey was arrested for MURDER AT 1:32 p.m. Her bond has been set at $500,000.00.
- Joshua Corfield was arrested for INTOXICATION MANSLAUGHTER W/VEHICLE at 1:59 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
- Kathern Calzada was arrested for BURGLARY OF HABITATION at 11:36 p.m. Her bond has been set at $25,000.00.
Out of the 556 beds available in the jail, there are currently 421 in use by inmates in TGCDF as of Thursday morning
The following individuals were booked into the TGCDF on Wednesday December 23, 2020:

- Macy Watson was arrested for FRAUD USE/POSS IDENTIFYING INFO # ITEMS 5<10 at 3:30 p.m. Her bond has been set at $20,000.00.
- John West was arrested for POSS CS PG 1 < 1G at 3:37 p.m. His bond has been set at $10,000.00.
- Matthew Dominguez was arrested for MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 4:16 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
- Jessica Eady was arrested for J/N*THEFT PROP >=$100<$750 at 4:39 p.m. Her bond has been set at $500.00.
- Severiano Delacruz was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED/OPEN ALCH CONTAINER and MISC ICE HOLD at 6:30 p.m. His bond has been set at $2,500.00.
- Kathern Calzada was arrested for BURGLARY OF HABITATION at 11:36 p.m. Her bond has been set at $25,000.00.
- Xhavier Martinez was arrested for POSS CS PG 2 < 1G, MTR*FAIL TO IDENTIFY / GIVING FALSE/FICTITIOUS INFO, and RECKLESS DRIVING at 2:09 a.m. His bond has been set at $8,000.00.
- Jessie Cannon was arrested for RPR*DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP W/O FIN RES at 10:25 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
- Roberto Venegas was arrested for POSS DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, MISC FAIL TO YIELD RIGHT OF WAY-EMERGENCY VEHICLE, MISC NO DRIVER LICENSE X2, MISC SPEEDING OVER POSTED SPEED ZONE, and MISC VPTA X4 at 4:20 p.m. His bond has been set at $5,498.00.
- Sabrina Pena was arrested for DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O FIN RES, DWLI X2, NO PROOF OF FINANCIAL RESPOSIBILITY, and MISC VPTA X2 at 10:30 p.m. Her bond has been set at $3,652.00.
- Justin Yantis was arrested for DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O FIN RES and WRONG PLATE ON VEHICLE at 10:52 p.m. His bond has been set at $832.00.
- Joe Garcia was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ and POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA at 11:50 p.m. His bond has been set at $1,662.00.
- Joshua Corfield was arrested for INTOXICATION MANSLAUGHTER W/VEHICLE at 1:59 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
