San Angelo Man Arrested for Crime Committed in 2009

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – A 58-year-old San Angelo man has been arrested for a crime he allegedly committed from 2006 to 2009. 

According to court documents, on Sep. 9, a Tom Green County grand jury indicted Keith Daniels Roberts, 58, for continuous sexual abuse of a child under the age of 14.

The indictment came after the district attorneys office showed evidence to the grand jury showing that Roberts allegedly sexually assaulted a child by inappropriately touching a child and making the child inappropriately touch him. The continuous assault lasted from Jan. 2006 until Aug. 2009.

A warrant was issued for Roberts on Sep. 16 and on Dec. 17 he was booked into the Tom Green County Jail.

Roberts' bond is set at $100,000 and he has a Post Indictment Reporting hearing scheduled for Dec. 30 at 2:00 p.m.
